Coordination of sub consultants routinely includes structural, mechanical & sustainable engineering & optionally construction management services. Depending on the complexity of the project, we also offer our services for managing the tendering/competitive bid process. Ultimately, we provide comprehensive certified contract documents suitable for construction and building permit. This is usually followed by general review of construction & payment certification.

 

We also offer services using building information modeling (BIM) software to develop designs in 3D, in a way more easily understood before construction starts.
